What is Magic Hour?
In addition to being home to Nail Stoned, Magic Hour is a multi-use inclusive space focused on creating community for local BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks and allies. A place to host and attend intentional events, support local retailers, co-work and co-create, and make authentic community connections- all in an environment that celebrates your identity and expression.

Who owns Magic Hour?
Owner/Founder Kandice Stone (she/they) is a queer, Latinx artist (@nail_stoned) who has lived past lives in the corporate world, event planning, and salons (both as an employee and owner). Kandice’s past experience as well as her own queer Latinx identity make her especially passionate about creating safe, authentic, inclusive community. Learn more about Kandice here.
Who are your collaborators?
We are working with a Native Hawaiian advisor (Aria Leighty) to make sure that Magic Hour is highlighting and honoring the land it’s on, as well as prioritizing LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and women-owned businesses and creatives. All of our vendors and partners are carefully selected and aligned with our values of community and inclusivity to ensure we are providing a safe, welcoming space for anyone who walks in our doors.
